This suite of APIs has been built by software engineers, for software engineers. We're a New Zealand company, where innovation is occurring all of the time.
Like many developers, we were frustrated at having to re-write similar functionality in each company we worked with, and fix the same bugs over and over again. We saw the same patterns repeating - authentication systems, payment processing, analytics tracking, workflow management, messaging infrastructure - each time built from scratch, each time encountering similar issues.
So we decided to build something better. We created Agglestone Labs to provide the backend services that every solo developer and development team needs, but doesn't want to rebuild. The Community tier includes a generous allowance so you can build, experiment, and launch without friction. It is aimed at small to medium sized products and typical early-stage workloads - not unlimited large-scale usage.
If usage grows beyond what we consider fair for the Community tier, we reserve the right to move you onto a paid plan. We will give you at least 30 days advance notice before any change takes effect, and we will work with you to make any transition to a paid plan as smooth as possible.

Find answers to common questions about our services and subscriptions.
Each subscription relates to one Tenant. You can choose how you operate your Tenant, either using it for one application or multiple related applications. If you use Users and Groups functionality, then all Users in the same Tenant would be able to access all the applications that you use with the same Tenant, although you can restrict this down using Groups.
Data residency can be selected with our Enterprise plan. Data residency is by region, with Australia and New Zealand being a single region, the EU being a single region, etc. To ensure the data is being processed in the correct region, please check the URL path to the API starts with the correct region code (e.g. anz or eu).
The Agglestone API Suite is monitored 24hrs a day. We have a support ticketing system for Pro and Enterprise customers to raise issues, which will be dealt with according to priorities. Self-service helper guides are available in the Documentation section of this website. We also have a community Reddit for general discussion and support.
